AgeWell - MoveWell classes focus on self-care for people who wish build strength and maintain ability and agility into older age. Classes offer the life-enhancing practices of Yoga laced with skilled movement techniques to support your body and self in movement.
Movement is my passion. Since retirement, I have taken up yoga in a big way. My love for yoga is a natural progression of my preoccupation with human movement & my interest in human development. The Agewell-Movewell program comes from my commitment to maintaining my mobility despite two hip replacements. It integrates critical yoga postures to build strength in a movement class to help you move freely. Designed to build proprioception & create a supportive physical structure to unleash your body, mind and spirit.
